Private house and villa construction

Building a house, a villa or a country house from scratch. Shell work is calculated per m²; for the ready-made plans in our catalogue the cost of the shell stage is worked out in advance.

Residential and industrial building construction

Multi-storey residential buildings, industrial, energy and infrastructure facilities. In this area we work as the general contractor; the list of works is defined by the scope of license EL-792/2022.

Prefabricated building assembly

Office, residential, storage and sanitary modular buildings. The elements arrive ready-made and are assembled on site, so the amount of work carried out on the plot is smaller than in traditional construction.

Renovation services

House renovation

Private house renovation is carried out under three packages. The packages differ in the scope of work and the level of materials; the cost is calculated per m².

Apartment renovation

Apartment renovation follows the same package logic. Renovation of offices and other premises also belongs to this area.

Which service fits your case

Three questions usually settle the choice:

• Will the building be built from scratch, or is this the renovation of an existing one? In the first case see the construction section, in the second the renovation section.
• Is the property residential, or industrial or public? A private house and a villa are one area; industrial and multi-storey facilities are another.
• Is the structure permanent, or temporary and ancillary? In the second case a prefabricated solution is usually the better fit.

How the price is determined

In house construction and renovation the calculation is based on area: the m² of the property is multiplied by the price of the chosen package. For industrial facilities and prefabricated buildings there is no fixed price per m² — the cost depends on the type of facility and the scope of work.

In every case the site visit and the preliminary estimate are free.
