About CRM Construction LLC
CRM Construction LLC is a company engaged in construction, installation and renovation work. We operate under license no. EL-792/2022, issued by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Our work spans a wide range, from building private houses to industrial and infrastructure facilities. Contract work is formalised with a work acceptance certificate — Form 3.
Working since 2022
The company has been active in the construction and renovation market since 2022. Our license has been valid since the same year and covers construction and installation works on buildings and structures whose construction requires a permit.
Where we work
We work in every city, district and village of Azerbaijan. That is not a general phrase: the facilities we have completed are located in 14 different cities and districts:
- Baku — including the Narimanov and Sabunchu districts and Zabrat
- Ganja — the Kapaz district
- The northern and western regions — Gusar, Oghuz, Gabala, Goygol
- Karabakh and East Zangezur — Aghdam, Lachin, Khojaly, Khankendi, Jabrayil, Gubadly, Zangilan

The work we carry out
Our activity falls into two main areas. The first is construction: private houses and villas, multi-storey residential buildings, industrial and infrastructure facilities, and prefabricated buildings. The second is renovation: private houses, apartments and public buildings.
Among the work we have completed are construction on a substation project, the major renovation of a district central hospital, renovation work at a theatre, fences and road works at oil infrastructure facilities, and numerous private houses.
How we work
Work begins with a visit to the property — the visit and measurement are free. Once the condition of the property and the scope of work are clear, we provide a preliminary estimate.
In house construction and renovation the calculation is based on area, per m². For industrial facilities and prefabricated buildings there is no fixed price per m² — the cost depends on the type of facility and the scope of work.
In contract work, delivery is documented with a Qaimə note and with Form 3.
