CRM Construction LLC carries out house renovation in Baku. We calculate renovation work at a clear price per m². The scope of work and the real condition of the property are assessed after a free measurement, and the final amount is confirmed then.
We offer three packages — Economy, Standard and Premium. The basic structure of the work is the same in all three; the difference is in the level of the materials used.
Scope of work
Our renovation packages consist of five sections of work:
Electrics and plumbing (services work)
Laying cable, fitting sockets and switches, running plumbing lines.
Wall and ceiling work
Preparing and painting walls, hanging wallpaper, plasterboard ceiling construction.
Floor
Preparing the floor base (plywood / joists), laying the floor covering and fitting skirting.
Bathroom and kitchen
Tiling, the bathroom ceiling, moisture-resistant surface solutions.
Door fitting
Internal doors and the bathroom door; in the Premium package the entrance door as well.
All five sections are carried out in each of the three packages. What changes between packages is the level of the materials used in that work and the way individual elements are executed (the ceiling construction, for example). The full table of differences is given below.

Work not included in the package
The following sits outside all three packages and is provided by the client:
- bathroom fittings — toilet, basin, shower cubicle, mixer tap;
- boiler and radiators;
- mouldings and bespoke design elements;
- kitchen furniture and appliances.
If you need any of these, they are costed separately after the measurement.

How much does house renovation cost per 1 m²?
The Economy package is 300 AZN/m², Standard 400 AZN/m² and Premium 550 AZN/m². The amount comes from multiplying the area of the house by the price of the chosen package per 1 m² — for your own house, use the calculator above. VAT is not included in the prices.
What work does a house renovation include?
