Prices are given per 1 m². The final amount is confirmed after a free measurement, taking into account the real condition of the property and the scope of work.

VAT is not included in the prices shown.

How the packages differ

When choosing a package the main question is not which work will be carried out, but what level of materials will be used:

The electrical materials also depend on the package: Economy uses Metak cable and Klipsal sockets and switches (or equivalent), Premium uses Firat cable and Gewiss sockets and switches. For Standard the document names no brand — it records only that the materials are made in Turkey.

What is and is not included in the price

Included: materials · transport and removal of construction waste · engineering supervision.

Not included: bathroom fittings (toilet, basin, shower cubicle, mixer tap) · boiler and radiators · mouldings and bespoke design elements · kitchen furniture and appliances.

Work outside the package is costed separately after the measurement.

Calculation by apartment area

The preliminary amount is worked out as follows: the area of the apartment × the package price per 1 m².

The amounts are shown without VAT.

How to calculate by number of rooms

The area of 2- and 3-room apartments varies noticeably from building to building. For that reason we calculate the cost from the area of the apartment rather than the number of rooms.

Cosmetic, major and full renovation

These terms are used in the market to describe the scope of work: cosmetic renovation mainly refreshes surfaces; major renovation covers electrics, plumbing and ceiling work alongside the surfaces; full renovation replaces almost every element.

Renovating a new-build apartment

Apartments handed over in new buildings often come without finishing, or in an unfinished state.

In such apartments the structure of the work in our packages does not change — the exact scope is determined after a free measurement.

Renovation styles

In an apartment renovation the choice of style affects both the appearance and the selection of materials. The four most requested styles:

• Loft — open space, industrial elements, a minimum of partitions.
• High-tech — clean geometric forms, functionality and minimalism.
• Minimalism — a minimum of detail and colour, a sense of space.
• Chalet — natural materials, warmth, pastel tones.
