What the estimate covers
- Every type of work listed in the package — labour and materials together.
- Wall, ceiling and floor works: preparation, plastering, filling, painting and finishes.
- Concealed works: electrical and water runs, chasing and making good.
- Bathroom renovation — tiling, waterproofing and fitting.
- Waste removal and preparing the property for handover.
What the estimate does NOT cover
- Furniture, appliances and decor.
- Air conditioning, boiler and heating equipment.
- Facade, roof and yard works — these are quoted separately.
- Remodelling that affects load-bearing structures.
- Design and architectural drawings.
Prices exclude VAT. The calculator gives a preliminary amount — the contract is signed on the basis of a quotation.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the amount the calculator gives?
It is a preliminary estimate. The calculator multiplies the area by the package price per square metre. The real quotation depends on the state of the property: stripping out old finishes, how true the walls are, the condition of the services. An exact quotation follows the free site visit.
Why does the final amount change?
For three reasons. First, the actual state of the property — old work that has to be stripped out adds to the job. Second, the client asks for changes: different materials, extra types of work. Third, changes in the project itself. Every additional item is agreed separately and confirmed in writing.
Is the site visit charged for?
No. The visit and measurement are free and place you under no obligation.
Do the prices include materials?
Yes. The package price covers both labour and materials. Where the materials come from and which brands are used is set out on the packages page.
Does the calculator work for apartment renovation too?
Yes, the formula is the same — the packages apply to both houses and apartments. The stages specific to an apartment are described on a separate page.
